Designed by Inga Sempé for Hay, it’s a modular, wall-mounted catch-all that you can use to hold a whole load of small items. From pens to notepads to scissors to small toys, this thing should serve as a viable storage solution for all those tiny knick-knacks that would otherwise be scattered all over the place.
The Pinorama is a perforated metal board that you can reinforce using specially-designed modules with integrated magnetic hooks that are sized to fit inside the perforations. Storage modules include shelves and cups, with a mirror module that you can use to add a reflective surface onto the assembly. The center of the board features a rectangular cork board where you can pin notes, memos, and photographs, with a couple of built-in hooks for hanging keys, lanyards, and similar objects. It comes in two sizes: a smaller one (37 x 50 x 5 cm) that would be ideal for an office cubicle and a larger one (68 x 83 x 5 cm) for a more prominent area of a house, with correspondingly-sized shelves, cups, and mirrors available for both. Construction is powder-coated steel for the board and modules.
